Wailua River State Park in Kauai Hawaii

On the eastern coast of Kauai is the Wailua River State Park. The Wailua River State Park teaches both the culture and nature of the Wailua River area. The Wailua River starts at the summit of Mount Wai'ale'ale and runs all the way to the ocean on the eastern side of Kauai. The Wailua River is the feeder river to some of the most beautiful waterfalls in the world. Many people like to Kayak this river because its so gentle and scenic. It is also the only river Kauai that you will see boat on.
